Recharge to supercharge
With the lovely long Easter weekend approaching, it got me thinking , often the run-up to extended holidays feel so crazy that you start thinking ‘is it really worth taking a break’. When you are totally exhausted after giving your all to work and still feeling it's never quite enough, the holiday you need becomes just another pressure.
People leaders in particular are constantly giving - pouring energy into their teams as well as upward and sideways collaboration. Before you know it, you can be completely depleted!
