Scale the impact with a powerful day of coaching to unlock growth for multiple leaders in a ‘surgery’ style single day of coaching.
Includes:
On site coaching with 7 × 1 hour sessions available for individual leaders to prebook.
Topics aligned to personal development goals or real-time business challenges.
Typically this engagement is 1 day a month for 6 months for organisations with multiple leaders requiring the support of an executive leadership coach.

Alchemy Alignment

Full day faciltated offside (typically covering team dynamics, strategy and collaboration for greater success)
