At Growth Alchemy I provide the the opportunity for leaders to work through a challenge. I provide provocation and questions that often reveal a different perspective or surfaces the answers and clarity that have been missing. Where relevant I share any experience I have of the topic to support actionable growth. -

Typically the work I do with my clients isn’t the easy stuff, it’s gnarly and often development areas that have been around for a while, but I bring creativity and focus so that it feels light and the change required achievable.

To get the best out of your coaching experience it is essential that you are committed to putting in the effort to develop, that you prioritise the time that this will take and are willing to step out of your comfort zone.
It is important to be open and honest, there will no judgement, as the space for coaching is totally confidential and safe. Being willing to put in the necessary focussed effort on your goals is key. The more you are able to do these things, the more value you will get from the sessions.

For 1:1 executive coaching I offer packages that include blocks of 1 hour coaching sessions as well as diagnostics, inter-session access via email/whatsapp and a coaching log with end of term action report.
These either come as an intensive 1 month enagemnt or an ongoing 3-6 month engagement.
In addition I offer Leadership Team offsite facilitation with 1:1 coaching for each team member before and after the full day Team session.
